WebHRM – Web Interface for AutoHRM

WebHRM is a browser based front end for AutoSoft’s AutoHRM – Human Resource Management System. The system provides employees and managers with an effective communication medium through which they can directly communicate with the HR department to assist them in their day to day HR related tasks and activities and also helps the HR department to more efficiently manage the resources of the organization. Currently the system is categorized into three sections:

  1. ESS (Employee Self Services)
  2. MSS (Manager Self Services)
  3. BSS (Branch Self Services)
  4. Training Module

Web User Creation and Role Mapping

Web user creation is a fully automated process through which the HR department can easily create an employee’s web account on a single click. When a new employee joins in the AutoHRM system, the HR Administrator creates that employee’s web account, rights are assigned to his / her account to access the ESS interface and an email is sent to that employee’s corporate address with his / her login credentials.

WebHRM Security

WebHRM is integrated with the AutoHRM desktop client and has the same level of authentication and authorization implemented as the desktop client. The system verifies all the security checks and controls that are available in the desktop application including those defined relative to the requirements of the audit department.

Web HRMS Mail Box

The system also contains a state of the art mailbox that facilitates employees to directly communicate with the HR department regarding any issues and suggestions that they may have. The system incorporates the complete functionality available in any web mail application.

Employees can generate any type of request over email including:
– PF / GF Nomination
– Close Relative Announcement
– Information Change/ Update Request

Code of Conduct Declaration

Many companies have a code of conduct and ethics that, from time to time, they require their employees to sign. WebHRM provides the HR department with the facility to send a generic and parameterized code of conduct acceptance form to all or specific employees of the organization. The code of conduct will pop up as the user logs into WebHRM and the system prompts the user to take an action in order to continue further. Currently three options are available for the user (acceptance, rejection and remind me later). If the user chooses to be reminded later, the codes of conduct declaration will pop up every time the user logs. If the user accepts or rejects it, the system will save the users decision and prompts the HR administrator or back office user of the action performed by the specific employee.

ESS – Employee Self Service Module

ESS provides employees with online access to their data being maintained in the AutoHRM system. Employees can view and update their respective data after authentication and authorization. Although the following information is available for viewing online, the organization can remove fields from this list which they do not wish to display organization wide on the portal. The bank can also change the caption and display sequence of the listed fields on the ESS screen.

  • Through ESS portal, following modules can be controlled.
  • Personnel
  • Salary Benefits
  • Employee Loan
  • Leaves
  • Provident Fund
  • Gratuity Fund
  • Performance Appraisal
  • Reports
  • Personnel Information Modification
