This is a comprehensive lease management
system incorporating both corporate and consumer lending. Developed
on 3-Tier architecture this is a comprehensive fully parameterised
system allowing for the catering of constantly changing requirements.
Asset Creation & Maintenance –
This will take care of the asset details including asset
depreciation (Accounting, Management, Tax), asset insurance
and exposure percentage of the insurance companies.
Funds Flow Management – These
modules will take care of proposal assessment, contract
activation, accounts receivable, generation of repayment
schedules, amortization schedule, receipts against the repayments
and business partners (anyone directly or indirectly involved
in a leasing contract is business partner) details and their
exposure. They will also take care of contract modification
if there is any change in the financial terms e.g. change
in interest rate or change in lease period, partial redemption
or partial termination
Financial Product Characterization -
These will take care of all policies defined for each stage
in a contract
Contract Maturity - This will take care
of the settlement of a contract including both normal maturity
and early termination. Release of documents and registration
copy of the asset will be done at this stage
Bad Contracts - Incorporates handling
of all defaulted contracts, repossession of the assets and
any litigation against the sued business partner.
